WINNIPEG -- The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have signed major sponsorship agreements with three Manitoba Crown corporations. The deals with the Canadian Football League club include Manitoba Hydro, Manitoba Public Insurance and the Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries Corp.
