Saturdays Los Alamitos program features two Grade 1, $300,000 events for juveniles: the Los Alamitos CashCall Futurity for males and the Starlet for fillies. Both races are featured in the late pick four.Trainer Bob Baffert will have the favorite in each race: Mastery in the Futurity and American Gal in the Starlet. If youre able to knock off either or both favorites, you could get a nice score. Heres a look at the sequence.Race 6, FUTURITYMASTERY figures to take the lions share of the money, but Im more interested in Bafferts other entrant, SHOW ME DA LUTE. Hes a full brother to Tiz Midnight, a filly who won the Grade 2 Bayakoa at Los Al in 2014. Mastery certainly is the horse to beat, but hell be trying two turns for the first time, and theres no guarantee that hell relish the additional distance.Race 7DIVINE SPARK ran a winning race at Del Mar on Nov. 20 and is strictly the horse to beat here. Her two Beyer Speed Figures are tops in this field, and she figures to be forwardly placed throughout. Of the first-time starters, ADIOS CALI looks intriguing. A daughter of Adios Charlie, this Peter Miller trainee cost $125,000 at the Barretts March sale this year, and its always nice to see horses drill at a distance farther than the one they will be debuting at (note the six-furlong drill Nov. 30).Race 8, STARLETAMERICAN GAL is strictly the horse to beat following a brutal trip in the Breeders Cup Juvenile Fillies on Nov. 5. This Baffert trainee was fanned to the 10 path entering the first turn before pulling her way up to the middle of the pack in the clear. That she finished third speaks volumes about her ability.A much longer price to consider is MOPOTISM for Doug ONeill. This daughter of Uncle Mo had an eventful trip in her most recent start at Del Mar, steadying behind runners on the far turn before rallying late inside. She galloped out with energy and gives the impression that additional distance will be her friend. At a giant price, shes worth using.Race 9WE GO NOW stumbled badly out of the gate in his most recent start, and this race essentially becomes his first try against weaker company. GONZO sheds the blinkers in his second start, and its interesting to note the uptick in this colts workout times.TICKET: 3, 4 / 2, 6 / 4, 7 / 2, 6Marcus Mariota Youth Jersey .R. Smith realized how easily basketball can be taken from him, and he wasnt going to take his place in the NBA for granted anymore. Warren Moon Jersey .C. -- Calgarys Kevin Koe did it the hard way again. http://www.titansstoreonline.com/Black-11-Aj-Brown-Womens-Jersey/ . John Lucas, signed as a mentor for rookie Trey Burke, showed he can score if required, scoring 12 points of his 16 points in the second quarter as Utah built an 18-point lead. Curley Culp Womens Jersey .Y. -- Paul Byron and Matt Stajan scored as the Calgary Flames started a five-game road trip with a 2-1 overtime win over the Buffalo Sabres on Saturday afternoon. Ryan Tannehill Womens Jersey Early in the third quarter of the Calgary Stampeders Week 3 win over the Montreal Alouettes, first-year receiver Brad Sinopoli beat veteran defensive back Byron Parker down the sideline and hauled in a wobbly Kevin Glenn throw with one hand for a 42 yard gain; perhaps the catch of the week. Sinopoli finished the game with five catches, a team-high 81 receiving yards, and post-game Twitter praise from the veteran DB he bested on his highlight reel catch. It was the first start of Sinopolis three-year career after the 25-year-old spent his first two years holding a clipboard as Calgarys third-string quarterback. The University of Ottawa product was an anomaly when he was drafted in the fourth round in 2011, not because he was a Canadian quarterback, but because he was a quarterback who happened to be Canadian. Two years later and things didnt pan out, but that doesnt mean Sinopoli is giving up. The athletic Peterborough, Ontario native is now trying his luck as a receiver. Will the position switch prove successful? His debut was impressive and will likely earn him at least another game or two in the starting lineup.dddddddddddd. Its yet to be seen if he can develop into a consistent starter, or if hes closer to an injury-replacement player. Sinopoli has been practicing as a full-time receiver only since training camp and hes competing for a non-import receiver spot (teams typically carry 3-4 on their active roster) against guys who have been studying the craft a lot longer. There are plenty of Canadian-born pass catchers with four years CIS experience at the position, and some who have cut their teeth in the NCAA, who bounce around the league from practice roster to practice roster. But a player with Sinopolis athleticism and QBs knowledge of the game, and one seemingly steadfast on carving out a career in football - no matter where he lines up - has at least a fighters chance to grow into a regular contributor in the CFL. The Rouge asks: Can Brad Sinopoli develop into a consistent and successful wide receiver in the CFL? Youve heard what weve had to say; now its your turn. As always, its Your! Call. ' ' '
