CINCINNATI -- The New York Mets have called up right-hander Rafael Montero from Triple-A Las Vegas to start against the Cincinnati Reds in the second game of their series.Montero pitched five scoreless innings in a 2-1, 10-inning win over Miami on Aug. 29, which was his first start of the year.
